Switching from Centrex to POTS lines

I had my carrier switch the lines from Centrex to POTS lines. I know there was a 9 programmed into the switch some where so the user wouldn't have to dial 9 9 then the numbers. Does anyone know where this is located?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If they were using Hybrid/PBX mode - the extra "9" was probably somewhere in the ARS tables.

Are the ARS tables under the Lines/Trunks menu or somewhere else?

I believe it is under lines/trunks, more, tables, ARS, etc.
