Switching from Actuate... 1

I would like to know if there is anyone out there that has switched from Actuate to Crystal Enterprise and how your experience has been.

Although we have some expertise in Actuate, we are getting pressure to implement Crystal which also exists within our company and which many people find easy to use.

Can I get some feedback from some ex-Actuate users?

Mostly we'd like feedback around: ease-of-use, ease-of-administration, general flexibility and functionality.
