I am new in this PBX industry. I am running in to a problem. customer changes day/night mode manually. But they are asking if there is a way they can call in to the system thru one of their 8 phone line and switch it back to day mode.
This can be done by pointing a line directly to a DISA floating number.
Once answered perform walking COS feature ie (*47 201 4321)
You will then be able to dial *7801 night mode *7800 day mode
