Switching a user profile - In a simple way

I would like to know how to migrate users from a given Domain to another one without loosing any settings and loosing too much time.

I just installed Windows 2003 Server and I could not migrate users from because Windows installation does not allow you to upgrade when the previous OS (NT 4 Server) is in another language (Brazilian). Resulting that I had to perform a clean install, and now I have two clients that belong to the old (and gone) domain.

How can move those users / computer profile to the new one (windows 2003 server) without having to waste time and re-installing all my clients from scratch ?
