We have two switches that recently stopped communicating with the HQ server. The site is connect via an IPSEC tunnel. We can ping both ways, but the switches will not register. Do I need to check something else on the firewall possibly? As far as I know nothing is blocked between sites. Is there a command I can run from the STCLI on the switch to test TMS connectivity?

I tried the lsp_ping command and it was successful. The TMS service is not able to reach those switches for some reason though. Not sure what we are missing or what changed.

Seen the issue before and the person's resolution was restarting their firewall on the far-end and it started working. May be worth a try...
