Switched PRI carriers now CC outbound transfer...

We switched from Windstream 2 PRI's to time warner. The bcm 400 4.0 was transferring calls after hours through the call center skill set. Went to skill set> night> and set to outbound transfer using route and 9 + number. I can manually transfer and dial out using this route but when going through the call center the lady says invalid route.set any wisdom?

It's the caller id the carrier is seeing. You need to get with TW and let them know to allow other ID information than just yours. TW is seeing the originating calling party number and blocking the call because the number does not belong to one of your trunks. The reason you can manually transfer is because when you do it then you send out your calling information. Hope this helps.
