Switchboards from forms

I have created a menu using an ordinary form which links to other forms and they link back, i need a switchboard though so it will start with it, is there any way to make this form a switchboard or link to it from a switchboard either way i need help in making a switchboard
Please help its one step from completion groooaaannnn!!!!!!

I know what "swichboard" is, yet I need to know what you mean by it. Do you just need a "startup" form to get the "whole" thing going? If so the set your form as the startup form. If not, use the swichboard wizard to create a switchboard then call your form from it.
