For lack of other programming softwares, I am forced to try and make a form that will call all the other reports that currently exist from different databases. It will work such as a switchboard does, but not exactly. What I want to do is make a form that will call reports from different areas or databases. Reason for doing is is so that all reports are centered in one area where they all can be retrieved by different users instead of going in this folder and in that folder to find the reports. Can this procedure be done in one access form? Any ideas?

PLease respond, your ideas are more than welcome....

Thank you

Hi,

I would create a table with a list of reports in it, with perhaps a description to be displayed on screen. You can then bind a listbox or combobox to this table and the users can choose then run the reports that they want.
If you have selection forms for filtering the reports, I would have it open the form then this can open the report.
