I have 4 or 5 different databases. I want to be able to open access and a switchboard come up and on that menu have controls to take you to either one of the switchboard. What would be the easiest way to do this?

One way is to create a macro for each of the databases. In each macro, use the RunApp action and set the Command Line = to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" "C:\My Documents\testdb.mdb"

Of course, you will have to make sure that is where access is located and then change the second location, but that should work. All you have to do then is use the RunMacro option in the switchboard manager to create a button for each of the new macros. -Dustin
