Switchboard/Symposium Call control problem

I am having problems with transferring calls to Symposium controlled CDNs from our attendant.

The attendant has problems releasing the call and it defaults to the ACD queue when he does release it.

Have tried inserting a dummy ACD queue in front of the CDN but this still does not work.

This was working fine a couple of days ago but now does not and we have made no changes to Symposium scripts or the switch, BT have offered no solution so far any ideas folks?

Try this before you hit the trandfer key press the * key on the key pad and then try the transfer.

Thanks for the suggestion, after further investigation and a bit of playing around with the scripts we have now got this to work though.
