Switchboard question 2

Hi

A few months ago we had a engineer from Meridian to set the switchboard to divert all calls to a mailbox from 6pm onwards , of course this has now been requested to happen at 7pm can anyone tell me where to start , ie ld_ numbers and commands

look at your NIT setting it maybe set in NIT 1

to check them LD 21
req=prt
type=nit
cust=x

to change them

ld 15
req-chg
type=nit

you may also need to check for a tod (time of day) in mail.. that is where i would have built it. in the future ask for documentation on changes, most programers would not mind doing a quick paste to an email.
