I find that my Switchboard Manager no longer reflects the items in the Switchboard Items table.

I am able to make changes to the switchboard by editing the table directly. Can anyone suggest a way of getting the manager back in sync with the Switchboard Items table?

I'm not clear what is going on there. Can you build a new Switchboard form based on the Switchboard Items table?

Personally, I don't use the Switchboard Manager, mainly because of its limitations. I much prefer to build my own form and put on my own command buttons.

I agree with Tom! The Switchboard Manager is really for non-programers trying to use Access. Much better to design your own "switchboard!"

One question - you wouldn't by any chance have both a local Switchboard Items table and one in the backend, and you've altered the wrong one?

The Switchboard Manager uses those tables, so once you fix it manually, you should be able to use the manager again (I would think).
