Switchboard manager: Getting error message "Invalid Call or Argument"

Hi,
I am trying to run the Switchboard Manager in Access, but keep getting "Invalid Call or Argument" when I try to open it up. The only way to change the Switchboard is to go into the Switchboard table.

Is there anyway to fix this?
