Switchboard Manager Does not create Switchboard Form

Hi,

I am using Access97. When I run the Switboard Manager from Tools / Add-Ins, the switchbard table is created but the form is not created. I do not get any errors?

Does anyone know why the form is not created?

Is this the first time you have used the switchboard manager to create a main switchboard?

I have used it on several years ago on another PC. This is the 1st time on this PC.
