Switchboard error

Hello,

The switchboard that I was using upon start up stopped opening correctly and only displayed a blank button. I deleted the switchboard in the forms and have been trying to reconnect to the correct switchboard in switchboard manager.

However when I attempt to choose the switchboard to open upon start up it is not available for me to select. I have attempted to create a new switchboard and this also is not available for me to select to open upon start up. I guess I need to find a way to relist the switchboard in the forms section so I can select it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
