Is there a way to have a drop down menu listing all the queries or forms on the switchboard form?

When the user selects a query or form. Another box lists a description of the item and if the user hits a command button "open"; it will open the appropriate query or form.

Thanks for any help in advance

Greg

Hi Greg,
Was going back and found this with the zero response.
Set up either switchboards or forms with command buttons to open the various queries or reports or forms.
You can place a lbl above the command button describing the action or a short note in the command button explaining what it does.
Mine work very well, I navigate all over the place.

Hi Greg:

I agree with Jim wholeheartedly.

I much prefer to build my own menu form with transparent command buttons placed over labels...everything can be put on one page, with formatting and color...much more user-friendly than the complicated switchboards I started with.
