Switchboard Disappeared

Weird, I created a switchboard. Now it won't show up. I've tried reparing db to no avail. Any ideas?

BTW, I deleted the form from the list. What can I do now?

I deleted the form from the list
Import it from your more recent backup.

Ah, but my latest backup doesn't have the form.

OK, that actually got me to try creating another db and importing everything with it. Still the switchboard would show up in the Switchboard Manager. Then I created another Switchboard in another db and tried importing but I was getting errors so look in my tables collection and there's a table called switchboard. I deleted that and I can create new ones.
