Switchboard: add record 1

Does anyone know how I can get a command button that will allow someone to add a new record to a particular form? It is possible to do this by using the switchboard manager but I cannot find a command button that will do this in design view.

You will find
DoCmd.OpenForm "YourFormName".....

Change it to

DoCmd.OpenForm "YourFormName", , , , acFormAdd

ZmrAbdulla is right if you want to delve into VBA. If not then there's a 'add new report' command under 'record operations' in the wizard when you put a new command button on the form.
