switch settings on new style QPC841 D rev B card

Hi,

I have a QPC841 D style QSDI board and can not find the instructions on how to set the switch settings. It is different from the QPC841 C that I have in that there are much fewer switch's and the 2 8 position switch's are labeled SW 15 and SW 16 instead of the SW 14 and 15 in all my documentation..

ANybody got something on this... It tells me to look in NTP 553-3001-107 for switch settings, but can not find this document....

Does anyone have QPC841 C cards running in Release 6?? We were told they have to be upgraded to 'D' level boards. We are at 5 and are going to 6 and the 'C' cards work in 5 now and I think they probably will work in 6,
