Switch position on MPB card LG ARIA 300 1

Hi,

When power goes off LG ARIA 300 forgetting some of last changes such as Caller IDs of a couple extensions only. I think something related with the switch on MPB card. Could you help me to figure out that please?

Sorry just a quick update. The switch was that I am talking about numbered 1 to 8 and NUMBER 8's position OFF rightnow. Would that be reason of my problem that Ive mentioned above post?

Hello,

The dip switch 8 should be in the Off position to stop the system from initilizing on start up.... There is also a battery on the MPB that will hold the system programming.

It may be worth having an engineer check the battery is holding its charge.
