Switch port dynamic diagram tool

Was wondering if anyone knows of any tools in which you can hover the mouse over a switch port in a diagram (ie; Visio) and info on the device connected to that switch port will display.
-I am fine with adding the info manually, but interested in a tool that would provide this quick reference.

Any ideas, or suggestions would be appreciated.

I am unaware of anything that is capable of doing that. I would be interested if there was.

My 2924XL has Cluster Management Suite or Visual Switch Manager when I http to it, but it doesn't seem to work...
