Switch Mixed to Native mode - W2k3 w/ NT 4.0 trust

Hello all,

We're in the middle of an NT 4 to AD and Exch 5.5 to 2003 migration.

In order to run the deployment tools, the environment must be converted from mixed to native mode. Will this pose any problems when migrating users and mailboxes over from NT to AD? Is there any pre-requisite steps that must be enforced for this process to execute smoothly?
