switch from VGA mode to TV with Asus V6600 Deluxe

I'm installed with windows XP pro and Asus V6600 Deluxe.
is there a program to automaticly change from VGA to TV?
as what i'm doing and using right now is around and around

here is what i'm using to change the mode:
In the display properties in the advanced subsection of devise selection where i can check if i like VGA mode or TV mode. when i want to return to VGA mode i need to reboot the system.

My asus V7100T videocard supports a shortcut key CTRL+ALT+T. It might also work for you.
