Switch Expert for Cisco 4003 running IOS

I have a ET05 and EG2S S4000 DSS boxes running 4.3.5 and XP.

They are connected to our network through Cisco 4006 running IOS 12.1. Apparently, the Switch Expert configs, even though they say they are for "IOS", is obviously for CatOS.

It looks like the Cisco 3548 switch configs are for IOS code.

Has anyone tried to copy the 3548 configs and use them for IOS boxes?

Has anyone switch config files for 4006 (or 6509 for that matter) running Cisco IOS 12.1+ code?

What is your 4006's sup-eng.?
If is SUP 3 ,4006 is IOS
If is SUP 2+4232-L3,4006 is CAT+IOS.
