Switch between different CLIP (send calling number)

Hi all there,

we have different projects, each with other hotline numbers for incomming calls. Most agents work on all projects and they have to call back out callee many times.

So we wants to show different numbers (not die agent ids), p.e. for callback in projekt A number 555-585588 an for callback in projekt B number 555-887744.
All from one station or one agent.

Can we handle this with button only?
Or any ideas with coverage path?

Can you give them different agent IDs for each project, and then assign the callback numbers as CPN (in ch pub isdn) for those agent ID's (which are presumably non-DID)? This is assuming you have EAS.

If you are non-EAS or didn't have the agents log in, you could build soft extensions on their phones (assuming there are enough buttons) and have them use those call appearances for the outbound calls--again assigning the callback numbers to the soft extensions in ch pub isdn.

This is assuming you're using PRI outbound trunks.

Hope this helps or at least suggests some other ideas.
