Switch and protocol type help?

Wondering in an Avaya S8300 system where I would find this information for a new DS1:

T1 ISDN switch Type(AT&T # 4ESS /AT&T # 5ESS/ Northern Telecom DMS -100/Northern Telecom DMS -250)

Protocol(variant)(AT&T PUB 41449/Bellcore National ISDN 1/Bellcore National ISDN 2/Northern Telecom NIS A211-1)

I am being asked to answer which it is, and neig fairly new, I am unsure of what I am looking for. Switch type and Protocol?

Typically, AT&T 4ESS = 'A', 5ESS = 'B', DMS250 = 'C', & DMS100 = 'D'.

Thanks! Reading this I know it is AT&T 5ESS, but 1b is supported by Bellcore TR 1268; NIUF.302; ANSI T1.607. I think that would answer the Protocol variant question? Not sure if I give all three? Or if there is a particular one. THis is totally new to me.
