Switch Access Invalid Syntax

Below is the error I get when trying to access a remote switch utilizing Procomm Plus, I'm on day 2 and getting a little frustrated.I've never had this happen to me, and I was hoping for some insight

Invalid Syntax

Modem settings are
8
None
1

Z-Modem
ANSI BBS
Connection at 9600

Any help is much appreciated
 
Figured it out...its a different type of SEB where the word "LOGIN" needs to be typed, personally never seen the box but so all who read know. only fair I share my findings since I popsted the question
 
that must be an older seb.. the nortel does not give a syntax error.. haven't seen that since dos.. a syntax error inside hte box is err001 or bug001,, sch001

its a SEB NetPath - its the latest tech... provides Telnet, ssh, ftp, alarm montitoring and snmp traps and ppp connection besides standard modem connections...in other words...its a $2000.00+ modem
 
I've never seen one in person, but you have to type LOGIN then PW then switch login info, kind of strange I thought I'll be posting an access a new question in 2 minutes
