swflash.ocx missing

One of our computers is giving an error that swflash.oxc is not found. At this point it doesn't appear to be causing too much problem but I'd like to rectify it. How can I replace this file. Why might this have occurred

I think the file in question is used by Macromedia Flash Player.

I found it on my machine at C:\WINNT\system32\macromed\flash

You could try reinstalling Flash Player or checking their web site for support.
