swf to exe?

I was wondering, if there are any tools that creates a executable from a flash file so that a movie can be windowed, and run pn computers without the flash plugin?

I am looking to use it as an intro to a CD or for free standing presentations/games and the like.

If you have the .fla, just publish as an .exe, otherwise maybe this:
