.swf runs ok when executed but not on web

Hi,

When I run this .swf file I exported it runs perfectly, however when I upload to my webpage it doesnt work. The flash movie loads in vars from a .txt file and dynamic .jpg's using flashMX's new support , could this be the problem??

Are you text file and jpgs uploaded to the server?

Yes, they are all uploaded and in the same folders. Something interesting tho, if you go to:

http://www.gumnut.com.au/new_front_page

you can see the problem, however if you go to:

http://www.gumnut.com.au/new_front_page/flash/sidenavi_port.swf

it works, so is it a html problem?

Well the movie does load (even if the text & jpgs don't) and the html seems ok, so????
Still think it could be a path problem.
What are you using to load your text file?
Is this XML?
What's the name of it and it's path?
