swf not streaming! why?

This one has been killing me for quite a while... I used Wildform Flix Pro to convert avi into swf movie with pre-loader... but when I put it on the web there is annoying 30-sec pause while the movie loads, and then it plays. Why it is not streaming? I tried to change every little detail, but no luck. Here are few web pages where it is happening:
