Hi guys
I am trying to read the file size of a .swf file but I am missing something. Been reading up on it and got the following layout. The size is contained in bytes 5,6,7 and 8 and 6 would seem to be the MSB and 7 the LSB. Are the size attributes shunted up the stack for bigger files?
This is part of a wider scheme and I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of some good docs on .swf file formats. I have found the references but could do with a version not written in GeekSpeak if possible.

Code:
byte1 - F sig1
byte2 - W sig2
byte3 - S sig3
byte4 - 4 version
byte5 - 80 file size 1
byte6 - 15 file size 2
byte7 - 0 file size 3
byte8 - 0 file size 4
255 x 15 = 3825 + 80 = 3905
[red]is close to the file size of 3920k[/red]
