Swedish signs in web adress

Hi!
I have registred a domain with swedish signs (containing the letter ä). There is no problem telling the DNS that, when i do a traceroute the right server is looked up. The problem is IIS, it doesnt reply (for example Anyone know how to setup IIS so it works?
