We have sold a Symposium Web Center Portal and hope to make it work with Symposium Express. I called tech. support on one issue of this and finally got to a person who seemed knowledgeable on the subject. He (in so many words asked me) if I was sure SWCP worked with Symposium Express. This makes me a little nervous. I know that documentation says Symposium Express is a supported platform, but has anyone out there actually seen this configuration work?

Yes, it's working. I have a customer with SWCP 4.0 and SECC 4.2.
But you have not all functionalities like : push a transaction to a dedicated agent or transfer to an agent... You have the same limitation as with a SCCS CCS100.
Because SWCP can use HDX "to route the transaction better".
