SWCP - LDAP issue

Agents are using Address Book feature (LDAP) in SWCP to send a copy of transaction to other departments.

For some reasons the Address Book in SWCP does not display all addresses in LDAP - some addresses are missing. When using a LDAP Browser, connected to LDAP-server with same user and search base as SWCP, it gives the correct information.

One example:
When searching for the address "grunndataendringer" in SWCP it does not give the address at all.
When searching for the address "grunndataendringer" in LDAP Browser its OK.

Any idea what can be wrong?
