SWCP: Help on Reports

System:
SWCP 4.0
SCCS 4.2
TAPI 3.0

In which report can I find:
1. Total incoming e-mail to SWCP by month (both new and customer reply).
2. Average Wait Duration per e-mail transactions (both new and customer reply).

When looking at the report "Transactions By Skillset" I only find "Number of E-Mail Transactions" - and as far as I can see this is only new transactions and does not include new/reply transactions.
