SWCP 4.0 - JNI version cannot be determined

SWCP Dashboard/Event Viewer prints the following error:

Category = AddressBook
Event = 7050
Description = JNI version cannot be determined or is not version 1.4


Any idea what this is? Seems to be printed after installing SU05 and DP13, 14, 17 and 18.
