The title pretty much says it all... my traders use SWCAs to park calls for each other so they know when a call is for the (their labels have their names on buttons to pick up SWCAs 1-4)... one SWCA says it is in use but I can't get it to release.. is there some trick to do this other than reprogramming the buttons to use a different SWCA or doing a cold reboot? Thanks in advance!
