A long time ago I had got their norstar 6.0 when they ptu someone on hold on a SWCA it would ring back their extension and then forward into voicemail. Somehow I had gotten that thing to ring back to the overhead speaker wich is tied to another extension instead. It has been so long since I have worked on one of these I can't remember what I did. This feature did not go away until he had to do a reset on the system. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
