Hello,

I have a system that has 10 SWCA keys assaigned to all of the phones. One of the buttons (F*523) says there is a call in use. The button has been solid for a month, and and I cannot figure out how to release the call. I have tried the F*37/38. Is there any way to see what set has the call? The customer also told me they did a reboot but the button stayed! I have even tried shorting the pots lines to get the call to release, but no luck.

I am going to try another reboot, but any help on finding out where that call is would be appreciated. Is there a way to dismantle the swca key 523 and rebuild it?

Thanks,

If it is a trunk seized then you need to pull the jumpers off the KSU.
Make suer Disconnect Supervision is programmed to Y and that Telco has done the same.
