I have an 0x32 6.1 with a PRI hand off. I am using M7324 with SWCA so you can see the help calls, all is good. I needed more SWCA keys. I have tried the T7316e with a KIM and KEM but I can't see held lines on the 7316e unless I assign as a cap in programing. I have 10 phones & want to use this feature on all but you can only assign 5 caps in software. If I hold the call on the 7316e I can see it on the 7324's. I even tried a new T7316e hoping it was a firmware issue but got the same results. Any idea's.

I just used SWCA buttons on a T7316E,y but it was on a BCM. No problems. I believe you can only put line appearance buttons on a KIM if it is programmed as a CAP. Will they work on the 16 line buttons on the phone itself?
