do you know if it is possible to park/retrieve calls between systems
BCM A parks or SWCA a call ... can it be recovered from BCM B?
MCDN Networking is avbl between the systems
thanks in advance

No dice with SWCA as far as I'm aware.

Should be able to retrieve a parked call over CDP. I've picked up calls parked on a Meridian from a BCM, but have never tried it BCM to BCM. We'll assume a couple things:

Park prefix at site A is 3
Park prefix at site B is 4

To retrieve a parked call at site A from B, you'll need a destination code to get to the far end. Try building a destination code of 30. Build a new route (probably needs to be defined as public), and point 30 to that route. Under Dialing Plan, Public Network, try adding 301, 302, 303 (however many park slots you think you'll need). When you dial 301, the call will get routed over the IP/PRI to the other site, and you *might* be able to retrieve the call. If the public route doesn't work, change it to private and try that out. I had to make it public to get it to work from BCM to M1.

Again, this works for picking up calls parked on a Meridian from a BCM, but I've never tried BCM to BCM. It's worth a shot though.
