SWC Real Time Displays 1

Ok, I am at a loss.

We have SCCS 4.2 and SWC, I am getting nowhere fast trying to get the real time displays working.

As I understand it, On SCCS I enter a broadcast address, say "234.5.6.1" This should be a multicast enabled device, Router, Server etc.

On SWC I enter "234.5.6.1" in the IP Receive field.
? What do I enter in the IP Send Field.

Another address for multicast, like 234.5.6.2. That will be the address that your people in the call center receive their real time data from. The SWC "listens" to the SCCS on the first address (234.5.6.1), and then sends its own information out on the second address (234.5.6.2).
