This problem used to happen occasionally, but now is happening almost every day. Usually in the afternoon right after one of my skillsets closes at 3pm, the selection criteria for Historical Reporting in Web Client disappears. Nor can we modify agents or supervisors. But Real-Time Displays still work. Only solution is to reboot the CCMA server. But almost everyday?! Maint vendor and Nortel Tier 2 Support are both stumped for a cause.
Has anybody else experienced this, and if so, did you find a resolution?
