SWC Historical Reporting Selection Criteria Unavailable

This problem used to happen occasionally, but now is happening almost every day. Usually in the afternoon right after one of my skillsets closes at 3pm, the selection criteria for Historical Reporting in Web Client disappears. Nor can we modify agents or supervisors. But Real-Time Displays still work. Only solution is to reboot the CCMA server. But almost everyday?! Maint vendor and Nortel Tier 2 Support are both stumped for a cause.

Has anybody else experienced this, and if so, did you find a resolution?

I havent seen this, but I wonder if its a permissions issue with one of the Nortel admin accounts that are setup during the install of the product. Have you noticed this happening when a speciifc user logs out or just when a whole group of agents log out?

You might verify the iceadmin and any other Nortel admin accounts are not locking out and are configured correctly. Just a thought.
 
Make sure all the servers are in the host file in case DNS is down or unavailable. Then refresh the servers in CCMA.
 
I had something similar, not sure if it's the same issue. However, the cause is that someone logged into the Classic Client and changed the sysadmin account password - however, in the configuration of SWC, they did not change the password there.
