We had installed and working SWC 4.5 revision 6 in a standalone windows 2003 standard server. But during the last days there are errors when we tried to change the assignments and agent's properties in contact center management. For example "Unable to save the agent details".
If we try to open any historical report then the screen displays "An error ocured while connecting to the server SERVERNAME"
Every other component of the SWC work fine and everything work with the classic client.
We have restarted both servers (SCCS 5.0 and SWC), we have repair the SWC instalation and reinstalled the Sybase Open Clent 12.5 but nothing have changed. Any ideas?
