We are running SCCS 5.0 , SWC 4.5 and CP 4.0 . When monitoring the agents with the RTD on the classic client ,the agent login status is shown as logout , active , NR , etc. When monitoring the agents using the web client , the status shows active and not ready but the agents that are logged out are not displayed . Is there a way to configure the web client agent display to show the " logged out " status in the IN CALL STATUS column ? I have customized the standard display but still can't figure a way to include the agents that are logged out .
