SWC 4.5 won't export to a network share

After mapping a drive from the SWC server to the network share ee had to create a local account iceadmin with the same iceadmin password as the SWC server account on the network PC/Server where the shared folder existed. We also gave it full control.

I also found out that in the Windows 2003 world, the everyone group doesn't automatically allow full access to everyone. If you have a non-domain account that you are attempting to grant access you have to add it as well.

hey there i have the same issue. When I am access SWC from a different network from same WAN I can access only realtime display and historical reporting but not CCM. When I click on CCM link I can see the server but cannot expand the tree. Any more tips you have. That would really help. All ports are actually open between these two gateway. Thanks

You might need to check your access class that your account is setup with. It sounds like you may not have the priveliges needed to view CCM. I have not encounteres this before. I think it may be a problem in the access and partitions arena.
