SWC 4.5 SU03 Scheduled reports

I am running SCCS 04.02.06 and patch NS040206SU11S w/ SWC 04.05.003.02 SU03 and am having problems getting a scheduled report to become active. I can run any report on the fly, and create save a new report. But unable to get the report to become activate and run. I receive a notice on the bottom of the page saying the report is already active, this is not true. All other functions of the server work fine. Has anyone else had any similiar issues?

Is the client PC known to the server? Can you ping it's DNS name from the server?
If not you have to update the hosts file with the name and it's IP address.

I'm still wandering what I'm doing here
