SWC 4.5 Server shows drive C: running out of space. When the disk is full, the Historical reports will run, but the report has no data. Files with the extention".CTM" started being created in C:\winnt\temp folder on 10-12-05. They are 6.1 meg each and 12 of them are created each day and so they are filling up the C: drive. I can move the files off the C: drive to temporaraly clear the problem, but what is causing these file to be created automatically? Here is an example file name: "Cel2e1384b8_1704_848.ctm".

Thanks in advance.

The .CTM files stopped being automatically created on 10-17 so I was able to clear them off the C: drive. While they were still being automatically created, I was not able to move them because they were "in use". I still have not found out the origin of these files. My tech support and the customers IS tech did not know the origin of the .CTM files either. I am out of trouble for now, but if they start up again, Next time I may not be so lucky. Any guesses on what causes them?
