I got sccs 4.2 SU14+SU12g on Win2k-sp4 & SWC 4.5 SU06+SU6.01 on Win2003 server ,Without sp1 .All SU & Hotfixes installed.
When i try to run a historical report from the client pc I see that mag :
"There is a problem connecting to the data source” .
Is anyone get this msg. in a client pc with winxp sp2 ?
1. The firewall is turn off on the client pc .
2. Soap 3.0 installed .
3. RealTimeDisplay works good on the client pc .
4. I configured the dns ip on both sccs+swc servers .When
try to ping to those servers ,using the server_name ,i
got a reply .
I checked the bindings on the sccs ,according to the ntp,and its ok .the C-lan is first ,then the E-Lan .... .
When I run any report from the Web server or from the SCCS server ,it wokrs just fine .
I restarted the SWC server ,dose not help .
